YOUTH ARTS LABORATORY EXHIBIT:

WORKS BY BUDDING HONDURAN ARTISTS

In September of this year, Bronx World Film Founder and Executive Director Walter Krochmal traveled to San Pedro Sula, Honduras to fulfill a lifelong dream of creating new avenues of development for Honduras through the arts. He founded an arthouse film and arts incubator named <San Pedro Sula> [RESET] with a focus on women, youth and underserved communities, which will serve as a counterpart for Bronx World Film. At our 2016 Cycle, in fact, we have a group of guests of honor from our counterpart organization visiting us., and they have brought with them small-format works by a group of young artists from San Pedro Sula and the Sula Valley for exhibit at Bronx World Film Cycle 2016. We thank artist Brian Palma (pictured below) for the extraordinary organizational efforts by which he gathered and packaged these works for us on very short notice. Below, meet our Youth Arts Laboratory exhibitors and a sample of the works they will show.
