Layan is a multimedia artist from Saudi Arabia who merges visual and auditory storytelling, translating emotions and philosophical concepts into sensory experiences. Her work often blends text, imagery, and sound to create dynamic, living compositions that invite viewers to engage and evoke deep introspection and emotional resonance.

Former tugboat captain and award-winning filmmaker from The Bronx. He was raised amongst the eccentric denizens of an inner-city marina, which gave him a deep understanding of people on the fringes of society. He is currently the Director of Media at the historic Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx. Bristol Fashion marks his feature directorial debut and was released digitally in 2022. His second feature, The Book of Harth, is an award-winning feature length documentary and released in 2024. He most recently served as an Associate Producer on Screamboat and Abel Ferrara’s Turn in the Wound.

Fernanda Galindo (We Are Small) B.A. in Spanish Literature from Guanajuato University, M.F.A. in Documentary Film from Escuela Superior de Cine y Audiovisuales de Cataluña (ESCAC) and an MFA in Humanities with a Specialty in Arts from Sonora University. Winner of the Young Creators Award from Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (FONCA); experienced creators from the State Culture and Arts Fund of Sonora (FECAS); and support for screenwriting and production fromInstituto Mexicano de Cinematografía (IMCINE), among others. Her most recent short film, We Are Small (2021), garnered critical acclaim and diffusion when it was categorized as one of the most-screened short films in independent screening spaces (Annual Statistics Report of Mexican Cinema, 2022), in addition to a dozen national and international awards.

Born in 2001, Tony Dhillon is a multimedia artist with an emphasis on sound and musical composition. In 2025, they received their BFA in Kinetic Imaging with a minor in Sound Design at Virginia Commonwealth University. Through their art, they focus on exploring human struggle through a veil of absurdity. Outside of their personal work, Dhillon has scored numerous animations by their peers. Their work has been featured in many exhibitions including the James River Film Festival (2024) at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, and The Future (2024) at the Weatherspoon Art Museum. Dhillon currently plays guitar and sings for the emo band, machi!, In Richmond, VA.

She was selected for the Becoming Maestre mentoring path promoted by Netflix Italy in collaboration with Accademia del Cinema Italiano - David di Donatello. Her short film Goodbye Pig came out of that program. In 2025 she co-directed “Ziki” with Olga Sargenti, an animated short produced by Echivisivi and supported by the SIAE Per Chi Crea Award. Today she is in development of the feature film The Cyclops Girl with director Matteo De Liberato, a film presented at the Unbox Short Film Days pitch at Alice nella Città.

Olga Sargenti (Ziki) is a graduate of Dams in Bologna and the Bottega Finzioni writing school. In 2020, she co-founded Sette E Mezzo Studio srl, an Italian independent production company. She works as a director and writer on short films. In 2024, she and Roberta Palmieri co-directed Ziki, produced by Echivisivi (pitching session at Figari Film Festival 2024; supported by SIAE - Per Chi Crea grant 2023; finalist at Fabrique du Cinema 2022 for Best International Short Film Screenplay). In the same year, she wrote and directed Yellow Lemon, a short movie made possible through the selection at Terre di Cinema and currently in post-production. Additionally, she has worked as a writer and producer on other short films (Cerchi, directed by Margherita Ferri, international premiere at Biografilm 2024; Devotee, directed by R. Palmieri and F.
