Bronx World Film, Incorporated is duly registered with the New York Department of State Division of Corporations and State Records as a not-for-profit corporation under Section 402 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law effective November 9, 2011.

Bronx World Film, Inc. will undertake the process of applying for 501 (c) (3) status in 2026, and to that end is working to establish a development department to assist with program development, research, grant writing and crowdfunding initiatives. It welcomes collaborations with university arts administration programs and others interested in an exchange that provides valuable hands-on experience in the non-profit arts management sector to students as we take the work to the next level.
