The Bronx, New York, March 15, 2026. – Bronx World Film is proud to announce that it will partner in a special film and arts showcase with Between Las Líneas Productions, the startup founded by filmmaker Ángel-Manuel Torres, and host Bronx Frame (the film/moving-image exhibition and public programming initiative of the historic Andrew Freedman Home). The special programme, details of which will be announced soon, spotlights local filmmakers and artists alongside films from all over the world culled from both organizations’ robust networks and from Bronx World Film’s extensive catalogue. Additional highlights include live performances, Q&A panel discussions, a demonstration of AI helping streamline the movie-making process; the re-release of Light Minutes, Ángel-Manuel Torres’s sci-fi novel; an improvisational community screenwriting exercise known as “The Exquisite Corpse,” open to the community; vendors, raffles and reveals. This special event will take place as part of the Bronx Frame Series, begun three years ago by Media Director and filmmaker Pierre Guillet at Andrew Freedman Home, and will bring people together through the meaningful and creative expressions of local, national, and international storytellers.
